Franka Fueller
Head of Mass Giving
I grew up in the South West and after spending three years living and studying in London, realised life in the ‘big smoke’ wasn’t for me.
Drawn to the sea, I moved to Cornwall in 2010 and joined international disaster relief charity, ShelterBox. Starting in a supporter care role I was lucky to be able to spend lots of time talking to donors and supporters. Those conversations sparked my passion for Individual Giving and Supporter Insight – and I spent the next 9 years growing the Individual Giving team and creating campaigns to raise millions of pounds for families left with nothing.
But I’ve always had a passion for the environment and the coastline right on my doorstep, so I jumped at the chance to join Team SAS in 2019. I head up a small but mighty team, creating inspiring campaigns to raise vital funds to save the ocean, developing our Ocean Activist membership and supporting the amazing people taking on fundraising challenges across the country.
When I’m not in the (home-)office creating plans for our next campaign, I love exploring Cornwall, reading a good book and eating hearty food. I’m also quite fond of woolly jumpers.
