I joined Surfers Against Sewage in January 2020 as a Project Officer and I support the delivery of some of our most exciting projects on water quality, plastic pollution, climate change and ocean recovery.
Prior to joining SAS, I worked on the Forest 500 Project for Global Canopy in Oxford, an innovative environmental organisation targeting the market forces driving deforestation. Before Global Canopy, I worked at The Society for Environmental Exploration HQ supporting marine conservation projects around the world. I hold a BA in Geography and MSc in Biodiversity Conservation both from University College London (UCL) providing me with in depth knowledge around freshwater and coastal systems, marine conservation and water policy.
My absolute favourite place to be is outside, whether I am hiking, paddle boarding, swimming or surfing and I feel very lucky to be able to protect that which I love!
