Cornwall Rep
Being born in Cornwall and raised by the sea, a love for the natural world and all its inhabitants was almost inevitable.
One of my earliest memories of our beautiful beaches is my Mum and I aiding in the rescue of a stranded seal, caught in nets and fishing lines near Godrevy. With the help of the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, “Nettles” as he was later named, made a full recovery and was successfully reintroduce to the water.
Since that day I have made a concerted effort to become more aware of the impacts humans are having on our beautiful sea life and the environment and to try and be an inspiring advocate for change.
In 2019 my wife Jade gave birth to our beautiful little boy Bodhi. He loves the beach and the water so much and I really hope that he will share our passion for the natural world and grow up to have the appreciation for it they same way we have.
For me, becoming part of the SAS team was an easy decision. To be part of a group of like-minded individuals striving to make the planet a better place is something I am really proud to be part of.
