The Cotswolds - Central Rep
It’s always been in my soul to look after our planet.
It all started at school really, we had 2 groups you can be a litter buster or a litter bug I was the head of litter busting so always wore this badge with pride!!!!!
Years on, after taking up surfing, I was at at Fistral beach and a great big blue bag wrapped around my feet – I wasn’t particularly pleased! Seeing more and more litter bugs as I call them from my school days and knowing and being more educated of exactly what it’s doing to our world I wanted to be part of a team of litter busters, like SAS, to make a difference and be with like-minded people.
I recently took part in a beach clean at Fistral beach with my children they really enjoyed helping but were very upset they had rubbish in their bags. So they are now my litter busters making me a very proud mum. Living in the Cotswolds, the amount of rubbish dumped at the side of the road is just awful which of course will end up in lakes, river the sea and it’s also killing our beautiful country critters. This is why I wanted to be a Rep for the Cotswolds, helping bring together a better and cleaner planet.
