The ocean is such a special place for me. I was always that kid that you had to drag out of the water, and even now I always head back to the shoreline either with my surfboard or just for a dip in the North Sea.
Protecting our playground is important for so many reasons and I believe that educating people about plastic pollution and climate change can really empower people to care about their environment. This is why I wanted to get involved with SAS and had the best time interning with the team at St. Agnes. I jumped at the role of Regional Rep to keep up the work of cleaning our coasts in Scotland.
