Surfers Against Sewage is focused on the protection of the UK’s oceans, waves and beaches for all to access, use and enjoy safely and sustainably, via campaigning, volunteering, conservation, education and scientific research. Established in 1990, SAS is one of the UK’s leading environmental charities, which delivers measurable improvements in the state of our coastline through positive change in public behavior, government policy and industry practices.

Every penny raised will go towards Surfers Against Sewage’s ongoing campaigns & education projects protecting UK waves, oceans and beaches.

The Magicseaweed team are long-term supporters of Surfers Against Sewage campaigns. Founder Ben Freeston joined the SAS campaigns team in the Palace of Westminster in 2013 to deliver over 50,000 signatures of support calling for better protection and recognition of UK surf spots at the highest level.
