23rd - 28th April 2005

A bit of walking and a little bit of surf...

When Jim Edmondson was 16 both his hips broke due to a rare disease and he still has pins in both hips. Despite this he's an absolute sucker for challenges especially when being told there is no way he can do something because of his hips. He's come up with the idea of walking the 154 miles of North Cornish Coast in one go, carrying all his own equipment (food, tent, sleeping bag etc), catching at least one wave body surfing and raising money for SAS.

He'll be carrying some stickers, free entry tickets into a raffle and taking donations. So if you see him come and have a chat. Alternatively if you would like to sponsor Jim you can contact him on 07779 261117.
