Planning permission HAS been granted for the Ball, so The Recyclaball will be going ahead on 1st September! Tickets are selling fast so don't leave it too late to get yours!
This will be a Ball to remember (remember, remember...) as it has a fresh layout with a new Chill-Out Cocktail Lounge, serving Campaign Cocktails and a larger Dance Tent, which will have its own bar this year. The licence is later this year, so the bars won't close until 5am! All the tents are connected by 'tunnels' to keep you dry and there's a new 'food market'. We have an awesome line up and we're confident there's something for absolutely everyone!
For any Ball Virgins out there, the SAS Ball is one of those Things To Do Before You Die! An event like no other, the Ball is the party of the year, a spectacle of colourful costumes and superlative sounds. Previous acts have included Razorlight, Faithless, Kosheen, The Futureheads and The Darkness, but as well as world class bands you're treated to a 12 hour marathon of entertainment from top DJ's and performers. All this to the backdrop of the stunningly beautiful North Cornish coastline, with free camping, parking, local buses and ticket delivery!
To honour the Recyclaball theme there will be a special guest appearance from the Wombles, who have come out of retirement to help with our clear up. So please give them a hand (Uncle Bulgaria's getting on a bit now) and help them 'make good use of the things that they find, things that the everyday folks leave behind' and leave your camping area free of litter and use the recycling bins provided!
