Porthtowan beach clean

We are undertaking our annual beach clean at Porthtowan as part the nation wide Beachwatch survey. We need many hands to make light work of the millions of pieces of marine litter on the beach. So all are welcome, SAS will provide the gloves, bags and litter disposal as well as some refreshments as a thank you to all volunteers.
We will start at 10.30 and run on to 2.30. You will need to dress for the weather and under 16s need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

The last 3 years have been gloriously sunny and very warm so we have our fingers crossed! This is a great chance to make a very positive difference but it's also a fun day, so hope to see you all there.
