Bid For Your Own Exclusive Street Art!

Bid for this SAS graffiti board exclusively painted by top artist Mau-Mau during the 247 Summer Street Art Tour 2004

Quality Mau-Mau Graffiti - up for grabsTo celebrate the fact that SAS are 15 years old next month, 247 Magazine are running a closed bid auction to bag your very own peice of street art painted by North Devon artist and avid SAS supporter, Mau Mau. The piece (left) was painted during last summers 247 Street Art Tour at the Animal Beach Ball in Polzeath and drew a great response from the crowd with many people asking to buy it there and then.

A major part of the development of SAS' image from the beginning, Mau Mau has recently designed a new members sticker based on the original 'pollution' concept of years ago as well as some new designs that will be appearing on hoodies and t-shirts later this year.

Kate Wilde from SAS said: "Mau Mau's designs were some of the first to be associated with SAS and his work has been very important in transmitting the feel of what we do. We lost touch with him for a while, and it was only through running into him at the Animal Beach Balls in Porthtowan, Newquay and Polzeath last summer, whilst he was painting the boards for 247, that we got it together with him again. Thanks to a chance meeting we now have a whole new crop of Mau Mau designs to go on hoodies, women's and kids clothes"

So if you score Mau Mau's graff board you'll walk away with an original and one-off pice of SAS history.

How does it work?

Decide how much you are willing to pay for this unique piece of art, send over your bid and the highest amount wins the auction, simple as that! The winning bidder pays the money to 247 and they will donate it all to SAS .

Either email your bid to editorial@afterdarkmedia.com with "SAS Street Art" in the subject bar or post it to:

SAS Street Art, 247, Grosvenor House, Belgrave Lane, Plymouth, PL4 7DA by 30th April.
